By creating an account and using ForecastGame, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Not Gambling and No Real Money

ForecastGame is a skill-based weather prediction platform. No money is wagered or awarded. Points have no monetary value. This protects the platform from gambling classifications in all jurisdictions.

3. User Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Do not attempt to manipulate scoring.
• Do not create multiple accounts to exploit the system.
• Do not attack or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Prohibited Actions

• Automated or scripted submissions
• Tampering with system behavior
• Accessing accounts that are not yours

5. Service Availability

The platform is provided “as-is”. We do not guarantee perfect uptime or perfect weather accuracy.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or abuse the system.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and text belong to ForecastGame except:

• OpenWeather data (licensed CC BY-SA 4.0)
• Icons or emojis from third-party sets

8. Limitation of Liability

You agree that ForecastGame is not liable for:

• Loss of points
• Incorrect weather data
• Technical issues or outages
• Account loss due to forgetting passwords
